Bhd. has been accredited with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certification for Design and Build, Project Management, Construction Services for Water Supply, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Buildings and Civil Engineering works. As one of the leading water supply and sewerage work Contractors in Malaysia, Asia Baru is fully committed to its Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Policy through:

  • Ensure that all employees and suppliers understand their respective obligations and responsibilities and to involve them in the continual improvement of QESH.
  • Communicate with employees, suppliers, relevant authorities and other interested parties with regards to appropriate matters on QESH.
  • Promote a culture in Asia Baru, its suppliers and employees to share these commitments.
  • Periodically review the performance of QESH to ensure its adequacy, effectiveness and suitability to meet the company’s overall corporate objectives.

Our QESH Objectives, Targets and Programme

In order to realize its stated QESH Policy, the Top Management is fully committed to meet the following QESH objectives, targets and programme as follows:
For every project undertaken, Company will deliver products and services to meet customers’ expectation in terms of quality, time, cost, environmental, safety and health.
  • Overall 75% customer satisfaction upon completion of project through customer survey.
  • Within contract period or approved extension.
  • Within the allocated budget.
  • Compliance to all applicable legal and other requirements as contained in the Legal Register.
Continually reviewing and improving the construction processes and the integrated management system to achieve the following:
  • Maintain less than 20 NCRs for every project undertaken.
  • Zero incident of fall from height.
Places particular emphasis on deploying qualified staff with necessary experience, expertise and capability in carrying out all activities, products and services.
  • Achieve minimum 1 training per year for employee who performs QESH related function through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Plan.
  • Achieve 80% effectiveness of training through Training Effectiveness Evaluation.
